Understanding Lytics / Integrations

Pardot

This article covers:

Before You Begin

To make full use of the import and export integrations you will need an account with List, Prospect, Prospect Account, Opportunity, and Visitor view/edit permissions. The built in Administrator and Marketer roles have all of these permissions.

VisitorsFullFullFullOnly assigned Visitors

If you use an account without permissions to some data, the integration will not be able to interact with that data. See Pardot's roles documentation for role details. You will need the email address and password used to login to Pardot and the user's API user key. See Pardot's API documentation for instructions on finding the account's user key.

Note: Pardot does not currently support accessing an opportunity's custom fields through their API.

Note: If IP location access restrictions are enabled for your Pardot account you will need to have an administrator whitelist Lytics' IP address. The IP that needs to be whitelisted is 104.154.89.25. 1. If you are an administrator the whitelist settings can be found under admin -> security. 2. Click the Whitelist New Range button in the upper right. 3. Paste the Lytics IP address (104.154.89.25) into the both the start and end ranges, and name the range Lytics. 4. Click the Create whitelist range button to create the whitelist entry for Lytics.
