Prioritize Audiences for Insights

You can now request up to 10 audiences to be prioritized for Compositional Insights. In the Lytics audience builder, you'll find a new configuration option to Generate Insights.

Selecting this option makes an audience a candidate for Insights, which will only surface if the data is statistically significant and the audience is used in campaigns. Lytics has also added two, new Insights to track the performance of your campaigns.

  • Experience Management Insights notify you when a campaign is missing UTM parameters, which enable better attribution for your connected channels like Facebook.
  • Experience Performance Insights indicate when a campaign has a significant change up or down in conversion rate, allowing you to proactively adjust tactics to improve ROI.
