New Insights coming to your account

Making data-driven decisions with Lytics is easier than ever with new Insights available. Lytics Insights provide a way to connect the data you have with the decisions you are making for marketing campaigns. Each Insight combines a metric and a recommended action, enabling you to leverage data to improve customer engagement, drive conversions, and increase your marketing ROI.

Insights are generated weekly and can be found on the left-hand side of your dashboard. Click on the “crystal ball” icon to open up your Insights drawer, where you will see a collection of cards unique to your account.

Insights are now turned on for all accounts. Note it can take up to a week for Insight cards to start populating with your data, so check back soon! For more information, please see the Insights documentation.
