Introducing Journey and Experience Manager Roles

Enable more users within your marketing organization to create personalized Experiences and cross-channel Journeys within Lytics. We’ve added two new roles that give access to our Journey and Experience activation features.

  • Experience Manager - Grants read/write access to Experiences.
  • Journey Manager - Grants read/write access to Journeys and Experiences.

If you are an admin for your Lytics account, you now have access to the Journey and Experience tabs in the Lytics app by default. Admin users can assign these roles to new or existing users under Account > Manage Users account setting.
