Oracle Marketing Cloud: Eloqua

This article covers:

  1. Navigate to the Oracle Marketing Cloud integration in the Integrations section of Lytics.

  2. If this is your first time using Eloqua you will be prompted to choose one of integrations explained below. Choose one.

  3. Connect Eloqua to Lytics by selecting Add new authorization. NOTE: You will only do this once.

  4. You will be redirected in the browser to Eloqua to login and authorize Lytics to connect to the Eloqua account.

  5. After completing the authorization, you will be bounced back to Lytics to add a description so it can be identified from other Eloqua auths. Enter a description then hit "Authorize" to save. Your credentials are now stored securely and are available for quick use when starting new Eloqua works.

  6. If IP restrictions are enabled for your Eloqua account, you will need to have an administrator add Lytics' IP addresses to the approved list. Contact your Account Manager for the current list of Lytics' IP addresses.

    1. If you are an administrator the approved IP address settings can be found under Settings -> Security -> IP.
    2. Click Create IP Address Range.
    3. Paste the Lytics IP addresses into the both the start and end ranges, and name the range Lytics.
    4. Click Save.
