Mapp Authorization

If you haven't already done so, you will need to set up a Mapp account before you begin the process described below. You can authorize this integration in one of two ways:

SFTP Server Username and Password

Authorization option 1:

  1. Navigate to Mapp in the Integrations section of Lytics. Mapp tile
  2. Navigate to Authorizations.
  3. Click New authorization.
  4. Select Create Client SFTP Server with Username/Password.
  5. Enter the following:
    • Host: address of SFTP server for external access.
    • Username: user name used to log into server.
    • Password: password used to log into server.
    • Folder: path in the SFTP server where files will be placed.
    • Description: a sentence to help you identify the authorization. Mapp authorization details
  6. Click Authorize.

You are now ready to start a SFTP Export workflow.

API Integration ID and Secret

Authorization option 2:

  1. Navigate to Mapp in the Integrations section of Lytics.
  2. Navigate to Authorizations.
  3. Click New authorization.
  4. Create API Integration ID and Secret.
  5. Enter the following:
    • API URL: URL of the Mapp instance to which you want to export. This is the host component of the Mapp instance URL (i.e. www.example.com) and the path to your Mapp instance.
    • Integration ID: your Mapp Connect Integration ID.
    • Secret: your Mapp Connect Integration Secret.
    • Description: a sentence to help you identify the authorization.mapp integration secret
  6. Click Authorize.

You are now ready to start an Audience Export workflow.
