Mapp Authorization
If you haven't already done so, you will need to set up a Mapp account before you begin the process described below. You can authorize this integration in one of two ways:
- SFTP Server Username and Password: for SFTP Exports
- API Integration ID and Secret: for Audience Exports
SFTP Server Username and Password
Authorization option 1:
- Navigate to Mapp in the Integrations section of Lytics.
- Navigate to Authorizations.
- Click New authorization.
- Select Create Client SFTP Server with Username/Password.
- Enter the following:
- Host: address of SFTP server for external access.
- Username: user name used to log into server.
- Password: password used to log into server.
- Folder: path in the SFTP server where files will be placed.
- Description: a sentence to help you identify the authorization.
- Click Authorize.
You are now ready to start a SFTP Export workflow.
API Integration ID and Secret
Authorization option 2:
- Navigate to Mapp in the Integrations section of Lytics.
- Navigate to Authorizations.
- Click New authorization.
- Create API Integration ID and Secret.
- Enter the following:
- API URL: URL of the Mapp instance to which you want to export. This is the host component of the Mapp instance URL (i.e.
www.example.com
) and the path to your Mapp instance. - Integration ID: your Mapp Connect Integration ID.
- Secret: your Mapp Connect Integration Secret.
- Description: a sentence to help you identify the authorization.
- API URL: URL of the Mapp instance to which you want to export. This is the host component of the Mapp instance URL (i.e.
- Click Authorize.
You are now ready to start an Audience Export workflow.
