Cordial: Authorization

If you haven't already done so, you will need to set up a Cordial account before you begin the process described below. You will also need to create an API Key that Lytics will use to import/export data. You might have to use Lytics' static IP address (104.154.89.25) in order to create an API key.

There are two ways you can connect with Cordial, depending on the type of workflow you want to start:

Real Time Authorization

Follow the steps below to create an authorization for the real time export workflow.

  1. Navigate to Cordial in the Integrations section of Lytics. cordial-logo-215
  2. Navigate to Authorizations.
  3. Click New Authorization.
  4. Click Create Cordial Real Time.
  5. In the Cordial API Key field, enter your Cordial API key.
  6. In the Description text field, enter a short description to identify this authorization.
  7. Click Authorize.add cordial key to lytics

Bulk Authorization

Follow the steps below to create an authorization for the bulk export workflow.

  1. Navigate to Cordial in the Integrations section of Lytics. cordial-logo-215
  2. Navigate to Authorizations.
  3. Click New Authorization.
  4. Click Create Cordial Bulk.
  5. In the Cordial API Key field, enter your Cordial API key.
  6. In the Host text field, enter the host name or IP address of the SFTP server you want to store files before importing to Cordial.
  7. In the Port text field, enter the port number for the SFTP server.
  8. In the Username text field, enter the username for the SFTP server.
  9. In the Password text field, enter the password for the SFTP server.
  10. In the Folder text field, enter path to the folder to save the file. If the path is not given, Lytics will export the file to the user's home directory.
  11. In the Description text field, enter a short description to identify this authorization.
