You will need the username and password of your Campaign Monitor account.

1. Navigate to the Campaign Monitor integration in the Integrations section.

2. Click Authorizations.

3. Click Add new authorization.
4. In the Email or Username box, enter your Campaign Monitor email or username.
5. In the Password box, enter your Campaign Monitor password.
6. Click Log in.

1. Navigate to the Campaign Monitor integration in the Integrations section.

2. Click Import List to begin configuring the import workflow.

3. Select the authorization you created in a authentication step.

4. Using the Select the Client to Import From dropdown, select the account you would to import from.

5. Using the Lists to Import input, select the any Campaign Monitor lists. Lists moved to the right column will be imported into Lytics. If no lists are selected all lists will be imported.

6. (Optional) Toggle Show Advanced Options. Keep Continuously run this import selected, to continuously import new contacts as they are added to your selected Campaign Monitor list or lists. If selected, new users will be imported into Lytics daily. If unselected the import will only occur once.

7. Click Start Import to begin the import.

Users added to any selected Campaign Monitor lists will now be imported into Lytics daily.

Note: Exporting users to multiple Campaign Monitor lists will count against your subscriber limit and may affect your billing. Lytics recommends using audiences to segment an existing list rather than creating new a Campaign Monitor list for each audience.

1. Navigate to the Campaign Monitor integration in the Integrations section.

2. Select Export List to begin configuring the export workflow.

3. Select the authorization you created in a authentication step.

4. Using the Account dropdown, select the account to export to.

5. Using the List dropdown, select the Campaign Monitor list you wish to export user to.

   Note: Creating a new list can result in an increase in your Campaign Monitor monthly bill, read how your Campaign Monitor monthly rate is calulated for more information.

6. Using the Audience dropdown, select the Lytics audience you wish to export Lytics users from.

7. Using the Segment List input, you many further segment users of the audience you selected in the previous step. Select additional Lytics audiences in the left column moving them to the right column. This will create segments on your Campaign Monitor list containing users who are members of both primay audience selected in the Audience drop-down and any audiences selected here.

8. (Optional) Toggle Show Advanced Options to reveal the following options.

   • Existing Users: Export users who already exist in the selected Lytics audience. If unselected only new users who join the audience will be exported. (Default = Yes)
   • Resubscribe Users: Add users who have previously been deleted or unsubscribed from the Campaign Monitor list. (Default = No)
   • Email Field: Choose the Lytics field that contains an email address to be exported to Campaign Monitor. (Default = email)
   • Name Field: Select the Lytics field that contains the user's full name. (Default = Full Name)
   • Field Mapping: You can map any Lytics fields to existing Campaign Monitor fields.

9. Click Start Export to begin exporting users.

Note: Users who join your selected audience in Lytcs will be exported to your Campaign Monitor "List" in real-time. Users exiting the audience in Lytics leave the segment in Campaign Monitor, but not the list.

"You can find the newly created segments in Campaign Monitor by selecting Lists & subscribers > Your List > Segments.
